Shipping costs within Canada vary depending upon location being shipped to and amount of Webkinz ordered. Shipping to most major centers in Canada are as follows: Alberta $10.00, Saskatchewan $11.00, B.C and Manitoba $12.00, Ontario, Quebec $14.00 and the Maritimes $15.00. This price may vary if shipping to a smaller center or shipping more than 1 Webkinz. Shipping cost that comes up on shopping cart may not be accurate. We do ship to the U.S. for $11.00 CDN (for more than 1 Webkinz we will email with price). The approximate shipping time is 1-2 weeks (this time will vary depending upon customs. Shipping time is not guaranteed and the package is not trackable. If you wish your package to be trackable there is a $5.00 additional charge to change to a different service. All prices are in Canadian dollars...your credit card will make the adjustment to U.S. dollars. We will email you with exact shipping cost once your order is ready to ship.

Please take care of the secret code tag that comes with your Webkinz! We do not replace lost or stolen tags. Each Webkinz and Lil Kinz is double checked prior to shipping to make sure the tag is attached and in tact. If the tag is lost and your child forgets their password they will not be able to access their Webkinz unless they purchase a new Webkinz or Lil Kinz.
