Q. Will the gift basket I order be the same as what I see on the website?
A. Yes! If you order a gift basket from the website it will look exactly the same as the picture. WE DO NOT USE DROPSHIPPERS. All our gift baskets are hand made and custom designed right at our shop in Calgary. The only time we deviate from an original design is if we have run out of stock on a particular item(s). We will then substitute for a similar item of equal or higher value. We will normally advise you at the time of order if any substitutions need to be made.
Q. What if I don't see anything I like on your website?
A. Let us know what you would like and we will design a basket for you. If you are not sure what you want, just give us some information about the gift recipient and we will design a basket from that.
Q. How long will my order take?
A. Most orders are delivered next day. We will advise you by email if we can not deliver on a specified day. If you need same day delivery please call us directly and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Orders destine for delivery outside of Calgary can normally be shipped next day! All orders outside of Calgary are shipped ground. Delivery times are not guaranteed with ground shipping. Please check your address as any packages return to us due to wrong address will be charged shipping costs again to redeliver. Custom designed orders may take longer! Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday within Calgary and Monday to Friday by courier.
Q. How much are delivery charges?
A. $10.00 within Calgary, to the same location (maximum of 3 baskets). Outside of Calgary, see our shipping page
Q. How may I pay for my order?
A. If you order through our secure shopping cart you may pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. You also have the option, through the shopping cart, to have us call you for your credit card information. If you would prefer to place your order by telephone please call us at 877-570-0757(toll free outside of Calgary) or 201-1166(within Calgary) and we will take all information then.
Q. What if I see a gift basket on your website that I like, but I wish to spend a different amount of money?
A. Let us know which gift basket you like, what you want to spend, and we will
redesign the basket to work for you.
Q. What is the charge for items that you do not carry in stock?
A. If you would like an item that we do not carry in stock and can not order from our suppliers we charge $5-$20.00 per item (price depends upon travel time) to find the item and 15% of the retail cost of the item as an inclusion fee.
